WHY IS CHINA RUSHING TO THE MOON

There are several reasons that china is rushing to the moon that include: 

1. National prestige: China could bring a national prestige after Completing a successful mission to the moon. 
2. Scientific benefits: information about the moon's origins and the early formation of the universe are the scientific benefits that the moon could provide to china. 
3. Ressources Accessibility: The moon could contain resources that are useful to Earth or for future space flight. China has a vested interest in prospecting lunar sites and laying claim to any resources discovered.
4. Deep space exploration: China's success in deep space exploration, particularly lunar missions, demonstrates its reliability and safety in operating unmanned spacecraft.
5. Future projects preparation: China's lunar-sampling missions exercise command and control and other techniques that could be used for similar projects, such as carrying out a Mars-sample-return endeavor.

China's Chang'e-6 mission was a notable success, returning samples from the moon's far side for the first time. The mission also included four international payloads, including instruments from the European Space Agency, France, Italy, and Pakistan
